·         Monday 2^nd of February : Lunch at Geranium Cottage Nursery, 828 Old Northern Road, Middle Dural. Cost- $25. Time-11.30 for 12.00. If you need transport , contact George McLean 9484 5060.

 

·         Thursday 26^th of March :  Visit to Sydney Heritage Fleet, including morning tea on board the sailing vessel “James Craig” at Wharf 7 Pyrmont , inspection of the vessel, ferry trip to Rozelle Bay to tour the Fleet’s workshop and other vessels and finally a short  ferry  ride to the Sydney Fish Markets for Lunch . Cost - $22 plus $2.50 (transport) plus  lunch at own expense. We will take the 8.21 train at Cheltenham for Town Hall and the 443 bus for Pyrmont from the QVB.

 

·         Wednesday 15^th of April : Annual Presidents Changeover Dinner and Meeting.

This will replace our usual morning meeting . Partners and guests welcome. The venue is the Cheltenham Recreation Club . Time : 6.30pm for 7.00pm.Cost $40 per person. Buy your own drinks at the bar.

 

·         Monday 18^th of May : Lunch at Berowra Waters Waterview Restaurant. Two courses with wine plus “Best of British” comedies on a big screen. Time 12.00 for 12.30pm. Cost : $27.50. The restaurant is on the western side of the Berowra Waters Ferry . If you need transport or would like to pool cars, please contact George McLean 9484 -5060. This outing is in conjunction with Epping & District  Probus Club.

 

·         Thursday 4^th of June : Visit to Fairfax Printers Plant(Sydney Morning Herald) at 1 Worth St Chullorah, meeting there at 09.30am . Cost : $15 plus lunch (yet to be arranged). If you need transport please contact George McLean as above.

•         Monday 6th July : Visit to the National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour to see the Charles Darwin Exhibition . Cost : train fare plus $17 for lunch and a beer or glass of wine at Yots Cafe in the Museum .(The lunch proved to be good value and the proximity to the water and the Museum Fleet provided great atmosphere ).”
